Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail and warehouse staff.
• Employee Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training.
• Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems and address employee concerns effectively.
• Payroll & Benefits: Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits in compliance with labor laws.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training for employees to enhance their performance.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
• HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain employee records and oversee HR documentation.
• Documentation: Manage all employee's documentation for airport entry pass.
• Bank Account: Manage all employee's bank account.
• Manage Housekeeping team, Ensure & investigate cleaning & hygiene.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or customer-focused environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
