HR Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and oversee key HR functions, including payroll management, KPI development, employee engagement, and policy creation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture, attracting top talent, and ensuring seamless HR operations that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, networking) to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.

HR Operations & Payroll Management:

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and leave management systems.
  • Handle visa processing, work permits, and HR compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Performance Management & KPIs:

  • Design and implement performance evaluation systems, setting clear KPIs for teams.
  • Work closely with leadership to drive performance-based incentives and appraisals.
  • Provide guidance on employee development, training programs, and career growth.

Culture & Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute cultural and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement initiatives that enhance employee well-being, motivation, and retention.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements.

HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, handling grievances and conflict resolution.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, payroll, and visa processing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
