Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

· Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for all positions within the Egypt Branch.

· Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across different departments.

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

· Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.

· Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.

Payroll & Compensation Management

· Oversee and manage monthly payroll processing for all Egyptian employees.

· Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, overtime, and deductions.

· Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations and social insurance requirements.

· Coordinate with finance department for payroll-related financial reporting.

· Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

HR Operations & Administration

· Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with Egyptian labor laws.

· Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

· Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.

· Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

· Coordinate training and development programs for local staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR related: 5 years (Preferred)
