HR Manager

We are urgently looking for a Dynamic, Highly motivated & Energetic individual to join our team as HR Manager . Candidates should be self starters, Go-getters, strongly organized, with attention to detail and result oriented.

Job Qualifications

• 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience in a similar HR role within a manufacturing company.
• Expertise in hiring, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies.
• Experienced in sourcing manpower from overseas.
• Thorough knowledge of comprehensive HR activities and processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE Labor Laws.
• Skilled in recruiting, handling, and managing skilled blue-collar workers.
• Demonstrated strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and support HR objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office and various HR software tools to streamline HR functions.
• Exhibited excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional settings.
• Applied strong time management skills to meet multiple HR-related deadlines.
• Utilized strong organizational skills to manage employee records and HR tasks efficiently.
• Maintained high attention to detail in handling sensitive employee information and processes.
• Performed well under pressure, consistently meeting tight HR deadlines.
• Took initiative to implement strategies that enhance employee motivation and engagement.

Education

• Bachelor’s / Masters Degree in HR / Admin
• At least 5 years of UAE / GCC Experience as Manager
