Job Qualifications
- 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in a similar HR role.
- Experience in a similar HR role within a manufacturing company.
- Expertise in hiring, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies.
- Experienced in sourcing manpower from overseas.
- Thorough knowledge of comprehensive HR activities and processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of UAE Labor Laws.
- Skilled in recruiting, handling, and managing skilled blue-collar workers.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and support HR objectives.
- Proficient in MS Office and various HR software tools to streamline HR functions.
- Exhibited excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional settings.
- Applied strong time management skills to meet multiple HR-related deadlines.
- Utilized strong organizational skills to manage employee records and HR tasks efficiently.
- Maintained high attention to detail in handling sensitive employee information and processes.
- Performed well under pressure, consistently meeting tight HR deadlines.
- Took initiative to implement strategies that enhance employee motivation and engagement.
Education
- Bachelor’s / Masters Degree in HR / Admin
- At least 5 years of UAE / GCC Experience as Manager
