RiseUp Real Estate is a dynamic and growing real estate firm known for delivering innovative property solutions and exceptional client service. We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team and lead HR operations, culture, and talent initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of a real estate organization
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent in real estate, sales, and project teams
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems
• Lead training and development programs, especially for sales and field staff
• Drive employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution effectively
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave policies
• Support leadership with workforce planning and succession strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in the real estate or construction sector
• Strong understanding of real estate team structures (sales, leasing, site operations, legal, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR systems
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Experience with HRMS/HRIS software
• Familiarity with real estate sales commission structures
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
