Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of our organization. You will play a key role in overseeing the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff, while also consulting with top executives on strategic planning. This position serves as a vital link between our management team and employees, ensuring a smooth and effective HR operation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the hiring process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, fostering a positive work environment by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring employee satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning & Consultation: Collaborate with senior leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Provide advice on workforce planning, talent development, and other key HR initiatives.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, managing risks and maintaining ethical standards.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate employee development programs, and help build a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting performance goals, monitoring progress, and conducting performance reviews to ensure organizational and individual growth.
- Compensation & Benefits Management: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive salary structures and a comprehensive benefits package to meet the needs of employees.
- Employee Engagement: Promote a positive organizational culture by fostering employee engagement initiatives, employee recognition programs, and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and analyze HR data, providing regular reports on workforce trends, turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other HR metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an HR manager or in a similar leadership role within Human Resources.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
