HR Manager – Braman Pest Control

This role is an opportunity to take ownership of HR operations while shaping the employee experience in a growing, hands-on environment. You’ll oversee the full scope of HR functions – from recruitment and compliance to employee relations and training – while championing a culture of engagement, retention, and leadership development.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR strategy and execution by aligning people practices with business goals.
- Own the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and coach managers to strengthen leadership skills, foster communication, and build high-performing teams.
- Enhance employee engagement and retention through recognition programs, feedback initiatives, and career development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry standards, handling reporting, audits, and policies with precision.
- Manage benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, voluntary plans, and 401(k).
- Drive a culture of accountability and teamwork by implementing initiatives that connect employees to the company’s mission and values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, resolving concerns and fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
- HR expertise in a hands-on environment, ideally in a service or field-based industry.
- Ability to connect with employees at all levels, from technicians in the field to office personnel and senior leadership.
- A mix of tactical and strategic HR skills, with experience balancing compliance, operations, and culture-building.
- Strong communication and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing leaders and strengthening teams.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws across Massachusetts and Connecticut.

- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)
