Position: Manager – HR

Role Overview

Responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions. The role requires a strategic, people-focused leader to align HR with business goals, foster a positive culture, and ensure statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Drive recruitment strategies, end-to-end hiring, and smooth onboarding.

· Employee Engagement & Relations: Implement engagement programs, address grievances, and promote inclusive culture.

· Performance Management: Manage appraisal systems, support goal setting, and succession planning.

· Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and encourage continuous learning.

· Compliance & Policies: Draft/update HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and maintain HR records.

· Strategic HR: Align HR with business goals, lead transformation projects, and promote DEI initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in HR or equivalent
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, engagement, compliance & performance management
