HR Manager

Role Description

We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a people-first approach, helping to create a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and promote a positive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Conduct performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and reports.
  • Plan workforce needs and support succession planning.
  • Lead HR team and collaborate with department heads to achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Manager or in a senior HR role (minimum 4–6 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
