Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) of an HR Manager
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment through regular communication and employee engagement activities.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues with fairness and consistency.
- Organize team-building activities and morale-boosting initiatives.
- Performance Management
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
- Ensure timely performance reviews and support department heads in feedback delivery.
- Identify underperformers and initiate necessary performance improvement plans (PIP).
- Training & Development
- Conduct training needs analysis and prepare annual training calendars.
- Coordinate skill development and leadership programs for employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and make improvements accordingly.
- Policy Development & Compliance
- Draft, implement, and regularly update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Payroll & Compensation Management
- Oversee payroll processing, salary revisions, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate with accounts/finance for timely salary disbursement.
- Handle full and final settlements and no-dues procedures for exiting employees.
- Workforce Planning & HR Analytics
- Analyze workforce data to forecast hiring needs and manage headcount planning.
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management review.
- Monitor absenteeism, attrition, and employee turnover trends.
- Exit Management
- Manage the resignation, relieving, and exit interview processes.
- Identify reasons for attrition and suggest retention strategies.
- Ensure smooth handover and documentation closure for exiting employees.
- Must have minimum experience as HR Manager for 3 years.
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Female (Preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in HR Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
