Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Timings: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (4 hour shift)
Salary: Rs. 25,000 – 40,000 (based on experience & Working Hours)

Position: Human Resources Executive / Officer

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in HR (Recruitment, Employee Relations, office culture)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation efficiently.
• Support the implementation of company policies and performance management systems.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a positive work culture and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate between departments for smooth HR operations.
• Handle attendance, basic payroll support, and administrative tasks when needed.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal HR processes and team efficiency.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
✅ Bachelor’s degree (HR or Business Administration preferred).
✅ Comfortable working evening shifts (6 PM – 10 PM).
✅ Office-based role – candidates must be willing to work on-site.
Candidates residing in or near Wapda Town, Lahore, will be given preference.
