HR Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who excels at recruitment, team building, onboarding, and training. This is a key leadership role where you’ll play a vital part in shaping our company culture, scaling our teams, and ensuring a smooth employee experience from hiring to retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments.
  • Build high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
  • Design and manage seamless onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Ensure every new employee transitions smoothly into their role and team.
  • Maintain strong communication with new hires to ensure long-term retention.
  • Create and oversee training programs to support team performance and growth.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate upskilling initiatives across departments.
  • Partner with department heads to develop leadership and performance training.
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices and team management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Lead, or Senior Recruiter.
  • Proven track record in recruitment and team building across diverse roles.
  • Strong experience designing and managing onboarding and training programs.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Experience in a remote or digital-first organization is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
