HR Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and HR operations.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support performance management and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain HR reports, KPIs, and employee records.
  • Advise management on HR planning, retention, and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of proven experience in HR management.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

  • HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or CHRP) is a plus.
  • Experience managing HR for tech or service-based companies.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
