Job Profile as below –

 Candidates should have Good communication skills.

 Handling HR team

Candidates should have logistic industry experience (Sea and Air Logistics).

 Finalization of Staffs Salary accurately.

 Attendance checking, checking of Salary Slips, preparation of salary break up

 Compliances of HR Statutory requirement on schedules as per Law (LWF / TDS / PT / PF /

ESIC )

 Overlooking End to End Recruitment up to Pan India Level

 Ensuring smooth flow of lifecycle of employee’s - from recruitment till retirement.

 Leave calculation - Confirmed employees, LTA & Bonus Generation

 Knowledge of state wise minimum wages act

 Knowledge of Income Tax and Income Tax Documents Scrutiny

 Admin – AMC renewal / Insurance renewal / membership renewal / Shop & Establishment

 HR Monthly MIS Reports checking & Finalization

 Other activities related to HR.

 Plan, conduct & ensure employee’s performance appraisal

 Plan and conduct employee engagement activities

 Preparing HR Policies and coming up with new ideas and innovations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
