HR Manager

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a female HR Manager to join our client in Karachi.

Location: DHA

Shift Timings: Morning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee employee performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Support organizational change and culture-building initiatives.
  • Ensure proper HR documentation and record-keeping.
  • Partner with department heads to align HR strategy with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience (experience in certification, manufacturing, or service sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
