Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment: job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Employee Engagement & Retention
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and grievance handling.
• Implement strategies to reduce attrition and increase job satisfaction.
• Performance Management
• Oversee appraisal processes, goal-setting, and KPI tracking.
• Provide support to managers for performance improvement plans.
• Ensure fair and transparent evaluation systems.
• Training & Development
• Identify training needs across departments.
• Design and implement L&D programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training interventions.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Manage HR policies, payroll inputs, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Labor Laws, and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee attendance, leave, and disciplinary procedures.
• Strategic HR & Culture Building
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Drive initiatives to build a strong organizational culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
