Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Indore (In-Office)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations to ensure a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
  • Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and employee development.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and drive retention initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR operations, preferably in the education or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.

Work Schedule:

  • Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM/10:00-7:00 PM
  • Work Mode: In-office (Indore location)
