HR Manager

Position: HR Executive
Location: Kochi (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 years (agency experience preferred, but not mandatory)
Salary: Based on experience and performance

About the Role

As our HR Executive, you’ll be the bridge between management and our 30+ member team — ensuring every person feels supported, aligned, and valued. You’ll be managing everything from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement, performance reviews, and maintaining a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain and update HR policies, attendance, and employee data.
• Conduct monthly reviews and maintain performance trackers.
• Plan and execute team-building activities and engagement initiatives.
• Support leadership in improving company culture and retention.
• Manage exit processes and feedback collection.
• Ensure compliance with basic HR documentation and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or talent management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with HR tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, or similar.
• A people-first mindset with the ability to balance empathy and efficiency.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
