Responsibilities and Duties
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
· Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process to hire qualified employees, ensuring that the company has the right talent to meet its goals
· Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture
