About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead a blend of Talent Acquisition (70%) and

HR Operations (30%). This role demands a strategic thinker who can independently manage

recruitment while contributing to organizational performance, analytics, and budgeting

discussions with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (70%)

● Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

● Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to define job requirements and

sourcing strategies.

● Manage sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and referrals.

● Conduct initial screenings, interview coordination, and offer management.

● Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth new hire integration.

● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future business needs.

● Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and source effectiveness.

HR Operations (30%)

● Lead the Performance Management System (PMS) process — from goal setting to

annual appraisals.

● Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on HR analytics, headcount

planning, and budgeting.

● Analyze workforce data and present insights for decision-making and HR forecasting.

● Support manpower planning, organizational structuring, and succession planning.

● Manage employee lifecycle processes, HR data accuracy, and compliance

requirements.

● Coordinate with finance and leadership for HR cost tracking and variance analysis.

● Drive engagement and retention initiatives aligned with company culture.

Key Skills & Competencies:

● 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

● Strong command over PMS, HR analytics, and manpower budgeting.

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

● Proficiency in ATS / HRMS systems, Excel, and HR dashboards.

● Ability to work independently and partner effectively with leadership teams.

Qualification:MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
