Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • Conduct training and development programs for employees.

  • Bachelor's (Required)

License/ Certification:

  • Professional in Human Resources (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Payroll management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • HR: 5 years (Preferred)
