We are looking for a strategic and people-centric HR Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead and execute the complete HR function. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational expertise with strategic thinking, ensuring HR initiatives directly contribute to the company’s growth and culture. This role is responsible for end-to-end HR management, including recruitment, performance, compliance, engagement, learning, and administration — while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and talent strategy.
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategy, workforce planning, succession, and organizational design.
- Use HR analytics and data-driven insights to shape strategic decisions and performance outcomes.
- Champion a high-performance culture through structured goal setting, recognition, and accountability.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Drive end-to-end recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build a strong employer brand through innovative talent attraction and engagement practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with organizational needs.
Employee Experience & Performance Management
- Lead performance appraisal and feedback systems ensuring fairness and alignment with business goals.
- Design and execute employee engagement, learning & development, and retention initiatives.
- Build and sustain a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave systems with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, and labor law regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks in line with legal and business needs.
- Oversee HRMS implementation and ensure data accuracy across all HR processes.
Administration & Facility Management
- Supervise administrative operations including vendor management, procurement, and facilities.
- Oversee workplace safety, infrastructure, and employee well-being programs.
Culture & Organizational Development
- Drive change management initiatives, fostering adaptability and innovation.
- Collaborate with management to define and reinforce organizational values and culture.
- Lead initiatives around diversity, inclusion, leadership development, and succession planning.
Education/Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Preferred: SHRM-CP / PHR / SCP certification or equivalent.
- Proficient in HRMS tools, MS Office Suite, and data analytics.
- In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility.
- Proven track record in both strategic HR planning and day-to-day HR operations.
- Prior experience in the IT / Software / Product / Services sector preferred.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities
