About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the HR and administrative functions at our Ludhiana Plant. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in plant-level HR operations, compliance, and employee management, with a hands-on approach to day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant level.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Oversee time office, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and handle disciplinary procedures when required.
  • Coordinate with the corporate HR team for policy implementation.
  • Manage security, housekeeping, and other admin functions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Plant HR & Administration (preferably in manufacturing or waste management sector).
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and result-oriented attitude.
  • Preferred: Male candidates from Ludhiana or nearby areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
