Lead and oversee all HR functions within the company, ensuring compliance with Qatar Labor Law and internal policies. The role requires a strategic leader who can manage the full employee life cycle—from recruitment and development to compensation, compliance, and employee relations—while contributing to the company’s growth and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Advise senior management on HR planning, talent acquisition, and succession strategies.
- Establish performance management systems to drive accountability and productivity.
2. Recruitment & Staffing
- Lead the recruitment process for all departments, ensuring efficient selection and onboarding.
- Build partnerships with recruitment agencies and local authorities for manpower sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s visa and employment regulations during the hiring process.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with the Qatar Labor Law, Ministry of Labour regulations, and other government requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with local laws.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally and fairly.
- Represent the company in any official HR-related government matters.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Design and oversee competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
- Supervise payroll processing and end-of-service settlements according to Qatari labor law.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee performance.
- Implement leadership and skill development initiatives across all departments.
6. HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Oversee employee performance appraisals and career progression.
- Generate HR analytics reports for management decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor law and related HR legislation.
- Proven experience in policy development, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and digital HR tools.
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) preferred.
