Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for office, factory, and sales positions.
- Plan and fulfill manpower requirements as per production and sales expansion.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and ensure effective on boarding and induction.
2. Performance & Talent Management
- Implement KRA/KPI systems for all departments (sales, production, accounts, admin).
- Conduct mid-year and annual performance reviews with department heads.
- Identify training needs, manage career development, and succession planning.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment across office and factory teams.
- Resolve employee grievances with fairness and transparency.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives.
4. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance
- Supervise monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure full statutory compliance – PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, labor laws, etc.
- Maintain updated employee records, contracts, and HRMIS database.
5. Training & Development
- Plan technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
- Coordinate safety and compliance training for factory staff.
- Maintain training calendar and monitor effectiveness.
6. HR Policy & Systems
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs for both units.
- Introduce structured appraisal, incentive, and retention programs.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and cultural alignment across departments.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR and factory labor compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on with MS Office, HRMS/payroll software.
- Problem-solving mindset and high ethical standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
