About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR & Administration professional with strong industrial experience to manage contract labour, general administration, and industrial relations at our Santej plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling contractual workers and a good network to mobilize labour as needed.

Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Responsibilities:

· Oversee General Administration and Security Management at the plant.

· Manage Onboarding and Exit formalities for employees and contract staff.

· Plan and execute the Events Calendar including employee engagement and festive celebrations.

· Handle Contract Labour Management – coordination with contractors, attendance, and compliance.

· Maintain effective Industrial Relations (IR) and address workforce issues proactively.

Indirect Responsibilities:

· Supervise Facility and Asset Management including housekeeping and maintenance.

· Review and verify Payroll, Attendance, and Leave data for accuracy.

· Ensure smooth coordination with vendors and service providers for daily operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
