ob Title: HR Manager – Visa Consultancy Firm

Job Type: Full-time | Onsite

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations for our growing visa consultancy firm. The ideal candidate must be confident in setting policies, managing staff performance, and ensuring a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance evaluation systems
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
  • Conduct training sessions and employee development programs
  • Support department heads in achieving team productivity and compliance
  • Ensure company culture is maintained and employee engagement is improved
  • Lead HR audits and support management in decision-making

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience (preferably in a corporate or service industry)
  • Strong command in HR processes, talent acquisition, and employee management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage pressure and multitask
  • Knowledge of labor laws & HR software preferred

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR / Business Administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
