Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to joining).
- Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- HR Operations & Administration:
- Handle employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Manage HRMS systems and maintain up-to-date employee data.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Build strong employee relations and act as a bridge between management and staff.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and performance recognition.
- Performance Management:
- Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Assist in setting KRAs and evaluating employee performance.
- Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with company standards.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Manager roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Proven job stability and long-term commitment in previous roles.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working in a healthcare, IT, or mid-sized organization.
- Hands-on approach and ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
