Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to joining).
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • HR Operations & Administration:
  • Handle employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Manage HRMS systems and maintain up-to-date employee data.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Build strong employee relations and act as a bridge between management and staff.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and performance recognition.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist in setting KRAs and evaluating employee performance.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with company standards.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Manager roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Proven job stability and long-term commitment in previous roles.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working in a healthcare, IT, or mid-sized organization.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
