Role Overview
The HR Manager will play a strategic and transformational role in aligning people practices with business objectives. This position is responsible for driving HR policies, implementing Performance Management Systems (PMS), conducting organizational gap analyses, and fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and engagement across the company.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with business heads and leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Act as a key advisor to management on workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend interventions to improve productivity, retention, and morale.
2. Policy Design & Implementation
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks in line with current laws and best practices.
- Ensure consistent and fair implementation of HR policies across departments and locations.
- Communicate and cascade policy updates effectively, fostering transparency and compliance.
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Lead the design, deployment, and periodic review of the Performance Management System (KRA/KPI-based).
- Train managers and employees on goal-setting, appraisal methodologies, and performance feedback.
- Drive mid-year and annual review cycles with data-backed insights for merit, promotion, and development decisions.
- Analyze PMS outcomes to identify performance trends and recommend improvement plans.
4. GAP Analysis & Organizational Development
- Conduct regular gap analyses on skills, roles, and structure to identify workforce capability and process gaps.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective measures, including training, job redesign, or restructuring.
- Design competency frameworks and career progression paths to bridge organizational and individual skill gaps.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan and execute initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, communication, and recognition programs.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability aligned with company values.
- Support internal communication strategies to enhance transparency and employee experience.
6. Compliance & HR Operations Oversight
- Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and documentation related to labor laws and HR processes.
- Ensure accurate HR data management, reporting, and MIS for leadership decision-making.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
