We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience who can efficiently handle multiple responsibilities across HR functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and open to multi-tasking — from recruitment and payroll to employee engagement and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain and update HR databases, employee attendance, and payroll records.

Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and compliance processes.

Support employee engagement, performance management, and training activities.

Handle day-to-day HR operations and general administrative support.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and employee satisfaction.

Manage statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and HR documentation.

Be adaptable and ready to take on multi-tasking roles as per organizational needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.

Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of labour laws, HR software/tools, and MS Office.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
