Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The role ensures that HR policies and practices are effectively implemented to support organizational goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Maintain candidate and employee databases.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
  • Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in accordance with company policy.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs).
  • Prepare HR-related reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law (or applicable jurisdiction).

4. Performance Management

  • Support managers in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Track employee KPIs, feedback, and training needs.
  • Assist in employee recognition and development programs.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate workshops or learning sessions.
  • Maintain records of employee training and certifications.

6. Policy & Compliance

  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all HR practices align with legal and ethical standards.
  • Manage visa, labor card, and related documentation (if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Manatal, BambooHR, or similar ATS/HRIS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
