Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead end-to-end HR
functions—covering workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance management,
compliance, and employee engagement. This role will shape and execute people strategies
that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:● Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruitment to exit.
● Develop and implement HR policies and training programs.
● Manage performance reviews and goal-setting cycles.
● Ensure statutory compliance, payroll accuracy, and HR reporting.
● Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
KPIs:
● ≥ 95% recruitment closure rate (≤30 days time-to-hire)
● Training hours ≥ 20 per employee/year
● 100% appraisal completion on schedule
● Zero payroll errors & full compliance
● Annual attrition ≤ 5%
Requirements:
● MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
● 8–12 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing setup.
● Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
