Position: HR Manager
Location: Bandra West
Experience: 5–7 years in HR (preferably in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare setups)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead all aspects of HR operations — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare experience and a passion for building great workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes — recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, exits.
  • Design and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with business and clinical teams for workforce planning.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
  • Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Maintain HR analytics, MIS, and performance reports.
  • Drive learning, development, and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.
  • 5–7 years of HR experience in healthcare.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion for women’s health and organizational growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
