Brief Job Description

  • Lead all HR-related activities, including hiring, onboarding, and developing recruitment strategies tailored to industrial operations.
  • Oversee employee performance evaluation, goal-setting, feedback, and implement employee development and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, contribute to long-term workforce planning, and coordinate with management on employee well-being and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR practices support business goals and industrial safety standards.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of Qatari labor regulations, and experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
