We are hiring Client service representative
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, management, and external partners, providing timely & accurate guidance
- Resolve HR-related issues and escalate complex matters to supervisor, ensuring seamless resolution
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, benefits enrollment & medical insurance claims
- Process payroll entries, leave corrections, and other related entries in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy & compliance
- Manage benefits administration, including additions, deletions, and invoices for admin staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity & security
- Perform data entry, transactional procedures, and entries in the HRIS system, adhering to established protocols
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies Employee
- Coordinate employee onboarding processes, including preparation of welcome kits, salary advances, and necessary documentation
- Process employee offboarding, including final settlements, clearance documents, and exit interviews
- Provide certificate of employment (experience letter) to employees after completion of clearance and verification
