We are hiring Client service representative

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, management, and external partners, providing timely & accurate guidance
  • Resolve HR-related issues and escalate complex matters to supervisor, ensuring seamless resolution
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, benefits enrollment & medical insurance claims
  • Process payroll entries, leave corrections, and other related entries in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy & compliance
  • Manage benefits administration, including additions, deletions, and invoices for admin staff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity & security
  • Perform data entry, transactional procedures, and entries in the HRIS system, adhering to established protocols
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies Employee
  • Coordinate employee onboarding processes, including preparation of welcome kits, salary advances, and necessary documentation
  • Process employee offboarding, including final settlements, clearance documents, and exit interviews
  • Provide certificate of employment (experience letter) to employees after completion of clearance and verification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Rewards executive/officer: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • QID (Required)
