Looking for HR Manager – Office-Based in Rawalpindi

ShopinEcom, one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing eCommerce agencies, is looking for a Mid to Senior-Level HR Manager to join our team in Rawalpindi (on-site).

We manage U.S.-based brands across Amazon, TikTok, Shopify, and more — and we’re scaling fast.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Build a strong, inclusive workplace culture
• Draft & enforce HR policies and ensure labor law compliance
• Oversee attendance, leaves & HR operations
• Conduct audits and track HR KPIs
• Identify training needs and manage employee development

What we are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in HR or related field • 3+ years in HR (mid to senior level)
• Strong in recruitment, compliance & HR tech tools
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Confident in managing a wide HR scope

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
