Salary Range (Industry Standard): ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA (negotiable based on experience & fit)

About the Role

Darsh Designs is looking for a proactive, well-rounded HR Manager who can drive recruitment, talent acquisition, labour sourcing, and HR operations for an interior design–focused organization. The ideal candidate must understand the dynamics of the interior design industry, including products, technical roles, design processes, and vendor/labour ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for designers, project managers, site supervisors, office staff, and labour teams.
  • Create job descriptions, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding processes.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for skilled and unskilled labour relevant to interior projects.

2. Industry-Specific HR Expertise

  • Strong understanding of interior design workflows, product categories, raw materials, and on-site execution roles.
  • Ability to identify candidates with relevant technical skill sets (AutoCAD, 3D Modelling, material knowledge, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

3. HR Operations

  • Manage employee documentation, attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and compliance with HR policies.
  • Support performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Implement HR best practices and improve hiring processes.

4. Labour & Vendor Sourcing

  • Source, evaluate, and manage labour teams—carpenters, electricians, masons, painters, polishers, fabricators, etc.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between site teams and project managers.

5. Culture & Team Development

  • Support employee growth, training programs, and team-building activities.
  • Promote a positive and productive work culture aligned with Darsh Designs’ values.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, specifically handling recruitment.
  • Mandatory: Background in interior design / modular furniture / architecture / construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills, people management ability, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with HR software, recruitment tools, and labour networks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
