Location: Kuvempunagar, Mysuru

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: 5–6 years

Qualification: MBA in HR or any relevant discipline

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in payroll management, statutory compliances, employee engagement, recruitment, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Payroll & HR Operations

• Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

2. Statutory Compliances

• Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
• Prepare and submit required statutory reports
• Coordinate with auditors and external agencies as needed

3. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Address employee queries and grievances professionally
• Promote a positive and healthy work culture

4. Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
• Coordinate interviews, shortlist candidates, and support hiring decisions

5. Performance Management

• Assist in performance review cycles
• Track employee performance and support improvement initiatives

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliances, and payroll software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle employee concerns
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
