Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to both Recruitment and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance support, and day-to-day HR activities. The role requires excellent communication skills in Hindi, strong decision-making ability, and the capability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews & closures
• Handle onboarding, induction, and employee engagement
• Oversee HR operations: attendance, payroll inputs, documentation & compliance support
• Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR processes
• Maintain HR reports, policies, and records

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in both recruitment & HR operations
• Strong Hindi communication skills
• Good understanding of HR policies, MIS & documentation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with management closely
