HEXAARCH is Hiring HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, supporting talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting processes.
• Support compensation and benefits administration.
• Partner with leadership to promote employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
