We are hiring an HR Manager to independently lead and strengthen the HR function. You will manage a small HR team, streamline hiring, ensure compliance, handle employee relations, and build a disciplined, people-focused culture across all locations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Oversee HR operations: attendance, leaves, HRMS updates, and payroll coordination.
  • Address employee concerns and maintain a supportive, disciplined work environment.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and conduct regular audits across units.
  • Run performance review cycles and support training initiatives.
  • Lead engagement activities and improve communication across teams.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Leadership for seamless HR support.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of HR experience in operations, hiring, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory norms (mandatory)
  • Preferably experienced in logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
  • Strong communication skills; English, Malayalam, and Hindi preferred.
  • High ownership, structured thinking, and ability to scale HR processes.
