HR Manager – Job Description Position: HR Manager Location: Vasai (On-site) Experience: 5–8 Years Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹40,000 per month About the Role

The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring smooth people processes, strong employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling HR independently and managing end-to-end HR functions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for all departments
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
  • Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and manage offer rollouts
  • Maintain hiring reports and dashboards

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Handle joining formalities and documentation
  • Conduct induction sessions and communicate company policies
  • Create employee IDs, accounts, and onboarding schedules

3. Employee Relations

  • Be the primary contact for employee queries and grievances
  • Maintain a positive work environment and resolve conflicts
  • Conduct engagement activities and support team-building initiatives

4. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and databases
  • Manage attendance, leaves, shift schedules
  • Handle exit processes, F&F settlements, and offboarding

5. Payroll Coordination

  • Coordinate with payroll team/vendors for monthly payroll
  • Validate attendance, overtime, deductions, reimbursements
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.

6. Performance Management

  • Drive appraisal cycles and KPI tracking
  • Conduct performance review meetings with managers
  • Support PIP plans and performance improvement actions

7. Policy & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and audit requirements
  • Maintain statutory registers and HR documentation

8. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments
  • Organize internal/external training & development programs
  • Track training effectiveness

9. HR Strategy & Planning

  • Support management in HR planning & decision-making
  • Drive employee retention strategies
  • Participate in workforce planning and HR budgeting
