We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for one of our reputed manufacturing clients. This is a leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, audits, EHS, training, and factory administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete HR Operations & Labour Law Compliance
• Recruitment, Performance Management & Employee Relations
• Payroll Oversight – PF, ESIC, Bonus, Attendance & Leave
• EHS, Safety & POSH Trainings
• Handling all Social & Compliance Audits – BSCI, SEDEX, HIGG, FSC, GRS, OEKO-TEX
• Buyer Compliance & ESG Reporting
• Factory Administration & statutory liaison
• Coordination with Head Office & Management

Candidate Profile:

• Strong Manufacturing HR Background
• Excellent knowledge of Indian Labour Laws
• Good command over MS Office & HR Systems
• Strong communication in English
• Leadership experience preferred
