JD FOR HR MANAGER ROLE
•Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
•Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
•Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
•Prepare offer letters and manage joining formalities.
•Conduct new employee orientation.
•Prepare employee files and documentation.
•Create and update induction materials.
•Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
•Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
•Plan and execute team-building activities and events.
•Manage employee surveys and feedback sessions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
MBA in HR preferred.
2+ years of relevant HR experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,960.60 per month
Work Location: In person
