Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to handle all HR functions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the HR team.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee performance management and employee evaluations.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and handle grievances.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Improve HR processes and maintain accurate HR records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently.
