RiseUp Group is hiring on behalf of one of it's leading clients in the textile and garment manufacturing industry.
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the full HR function across the company, ensuring that all HR operations, policies, and strategies are effectively implemented and aligned with business objectives.
The role includes overseeing recruitment and workforce planning, driving the performance management cycle, and managing training, development, and succession planning initiatives to support talent growth.
The HR Manager will also handle compensation and benefits structures, maintain strong employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Additionally, the role requires developing HR reports and analytics to support decision-making, guiding managers on HR matters, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
This position demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance both operational and advisory responsibilities.
Reporting to: Deputy General Manager
English: Excellent (spoken & written)
Experience: Minimum 12–15 years in HR, including 3+ years in a managerial role
Software & Tools: SAP HR Module (preferred), Strong HRIS user, Advanced MS Suite
Certification: HR Certificates (SHRM-CP/SCP, CHRM, CIPD, or HRBP) preferred
Location: 10th of Ramadan
Work Schedule: 6 days/week, 8 AM – 4 PM
Industry background: Manufacturing / Textiles / Industrial preferable
