Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The role requires a strategic thinker who can build strong teams, streamline HR processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
  • Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other sourcing channels.

HR Operations

  • Oversee daily HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee onboarding, confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Employee Engagement & Performance

  • Support performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Support training and development initiatives in coordination with leadership.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the HR recruitment and operations team.
  • Allocate tasks, set goals, and ensure timely execution of HR activities.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.

Reporting To

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
