Job Summary

2050 Healthcare is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in hospital operations to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hospital HR practices, compliance, talent management, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete HR lifecycle for hospital staff including doctors, nurses, paramedical, and administrative employees
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for hospital operations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws, statutory requirements, NABH standards, and hospital policies
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks specific to hospital settings
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Manage performance management systems, appraisals, and career development initiatives
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, shifts, and workforce scheduling in collaboration with hospital administration
• Drive training and development programs for clinical and non-clinical staff
• Monitor attrition, engagement, and retention strategies
• Act as a strategic HR partner to hospital leadership and department heads

Required Qualifications & Experience

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
• HR experience in a hospital or healthcare organization (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of hospital HR processes, healthcare compliance, and labor laws
• Experience working with clinical and non-clinical staff
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
