About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage comprehensive human resources functions within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities who can drive HR initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and align people strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive business performance
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance
- Lead organizational development initiatives including restructuring, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Drive change management initiatives and support business transformation projects
Talent Management
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level positions
- Design and implement talent retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee engagement
- Develop and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
- Create and execute learning and development programs to build organizational capabilities
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on complex employee relations matters
- Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Promote a positive work environment and strong organizational culture
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage compensation structures and ensure market competitiveness
- Oversee benefits administration and recommend improvements to benefits programs
- Lead annual salary review and bonus processes
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with current employment legislation
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting systems
- Lead HR audits and implement necessary improvements
- Manage HRIS systems and leverage HR analytics for decision-making
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members
- Set performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
- Build HR team capabilities and foster continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) highly desirable
Skills & Competencies
- Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand and support organizational objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision making
