Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The HR Manager will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive workplace culture and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management
  • Design and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Promote career development and succession planning.
  • Compliance & Policy
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain HR records and employee databases.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR metrics reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
